Bulanda Tapiwa Nkhowani

Bulanda Tapiwa Nkhowani is a writer, researcher and public policy enthusiast with a focus on technology, digital rights, internet governance and digital inclusion. She is actively involved in internet policy forums and discussions at all levels and is a co-convenor of the Zambia Internet Governance Forum (Zambia IGF) and an Africa School on Internet Governance (AfriSIG) Alumni. Bulanda holds a B.A. (Hons) Degree in Media Studies and Sociology from the University of Namibia.Bulanda saved as a google policy fellow at Paradigm and later a co-lead programs covering the South African region, she is an enthusiast of gender and technology
