Statement of the Gender Caucus to the WSIS PrepCom2

The Gender Caucus comments on the silence of the Tunis Agenda for Action on gender in all aspects of implementation. It focuses on how the current debate on financing in the WSIS process puts disproportionate emphasis on private investment to achieve ICTD goals. And demands that financing ICTD must account specifically for women's development priorities and their information and communication rights.
